Concrete Bulb Hook

Concrete Bulb Hook

I’m quite positive one of the things you’ve always wanted is a concrete hook shaped like a lightbulb. Lucky for you, I’ve found it.

Moder Dose has a concrete “hook” for sale that is the shape and size of a standard light bulb.

They are made by hollowing out a lightbulb, filling it with concrete, letting it cure and then turning it into something you can screw in to your wall!

Each of these bulb hooks will cost you around $25.

Fluid Earth Bowl

Fluid Earth Bowl

Fluidforms is the maker of all things wavy. All of their products have a unique, flowing feel to them that makes them feel natural.

One of their most unique products is the Fluid Earth bowl.

Each bowl can be customized to create your very own individual bowl.

The way the Fluid Earth bowl works is you are presented a map from which you pick a surface area (such as your hometown or favorite city) and Fluidforms will analyze the topography of that area and then create a bowl that follows the contours of the topography.

So since I’m here in Denver, I could have an interesting bowl with the Rocky Mountains making its way down the side.

Each bowl costs around $240 USD and takes around 3-5 weeks to produce and ship.

Greenspot Tiles

Tiles
Who doesn’t need a little more green in their lives? These really cool Greenspot Tiles are made by Greenspot and can be combined with regular concrete tiles to allow for patches of green to shine though.

These would be a fantastic addition to any big plot of boring concrete. One major plus, from a functionality standpoint, is that these help drain water a lot easier…thus keeping water from collecting on your lover plot of gray.

No word yet on when they’ll be available or how much they’ll cost.

Paint-by-Numbers Wall Strips

Wallprint
I have never really been that great of an artist, but I always loved Paint-by-Numbers because it made me look like I knew what I was doing! These great Paint-by-Numbers Wall Strips can bring the kid out in you as you decorate your home.

There are three styles that you can choose from, mostly water/sunshine scenes. You can use anything from crayons to paint pens to color in the designs. Coloring on the wall is no longer something you will get in trouble for!

Amy Burhoe Designs

Burhoe

I’m in love with these designs by Amy Burhoe! She has everything from rings and earrings to pins and night lights.

I’m usually not a big jewelry type of person (I even told someone at the mall the other day that I’m scared of big jewelry!) but there is something that really attracts me to these lovely pieces of fused glass made by Amy herself.

These would make a great Christmas gift and she is even offering free shipping through Christmas. Hmmm I hope my husband is reading this…..
